Colin Verlac is the Director of Acquisitions at Alliance.  Colin partners with brokers and sellers to originate, shepherd, and close acquisitions internally. In this role, Colin manages client and broker relationships, reviews potential opportunities for the Alliance Medical Fund, and works with sellers throughout the transaction process.

Colin has successfully sourced over $100 million in acquisitions throughout his career with some of the biggest names in the medical industry and comes by his passion for acquisitions naturally. His family has been in real estate for over six decades!

Colin has a B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University. He is based in Tennessee.
